David Billar, Broker and Certified Property Manager of eClosed Realty, has been helping clients and leading agents succeed in real estate since 2001. He began his career with Century 21 AWARD, one of the top-performing Century 21 franchises worldwide, where he quickly stood out for his communication skills, professionalism, and dedication to clients.

 

Recognizing his leadership ability, David built and managed a team of 6–8 high-producing agents, guiding them in business operations, growth strategies, and client service. That passion for mentoring agents led him to co-found eClosed.com with Samir Patel, where he created a brokerage that blends strong agent support with modern, tech-driven solutions.

 

At eClosed Realty, David continues to balance client service with agent development. He understands firsthand the challenges agents face and has built a brokerage model that keeps more money in their pockets, provides ongoing support, and fosters long-term success. His commitment is simple: empower agents to grow thriving businesses without unnecessary overhead or limits.

 

In addition to brokerage leadership, David expanded eClosed Realty’s services in 2015 to include both long-term and short-term property management. This includes Vacation Rental Management (VRM) for short-term properties across platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, as well as full-service management for traditional long-term rentals. His expertise in property maintenance, tenant relations, and operational oversight ensures that clients and agents alike benefit from his comprehensive industry knowledge.
