Home prices continue to rise

Home prices are continuing to rise.  June’s Data for existing homes sales, new homes sales and mortgage default rates were a little mixed but better then their 2 year ago levels. The housing market has definitely improved and stabilized but I feel like we are still in a bit of a “wait and see mode”!
