David Billar started his real estate career in 2001 at Century 21 AWARD one the top Century 21 franchises in the world.. At Century 21 AWARD he started and ran a team of 6-8 high producing agents managing and forecasting their business. After leaving Century 21 he opened up eClosed.com with Samir which they successfully ran with with full time agents focusing on niche areas of the industry. While running the brokerage David also worked with many buyers and sellers allowing him to stay informed on the needs and concerns of both agents and clients. In 2014 David and Samir decided to begin eClosed Realty Inc’s 100% Commission brokerage division and are looking forward to it’s expansion. David Billar’s success is attributed to always putting clients first with hard & ethical work in his business.

Samir has lived in San Diego for 15 years and has been working in California real estate since 2001. Prior to moving to California he was actively involved in commercial and residential real estate in Indiana which began in 1995 and continues to today. His experience includes residential income properities , multi family, as well as 50+ unit apartment complexes. He began working at Century 21 AWARD where he developed his skills and knowledge of the local area market at one of the top Century 21 franchises in the world. There he teamed with David Billar and ran a successful team which led to the opening of eClosed.com and now eClosed Realty Inc.
